In this zine, Dave tells you the history of three of Claude Bell's statues: two huge dinosaurs named Dinny and Mr. Rex, and a miner named Seldom Seen Slim. All three statues used to stand in Cabazon, California. The dinosaurs are still there, but Slim and his mule were removed in 2013. You may recognize Dinny and Mr. Rex from the movie, Pee-Wee's Big Adventure. Seldom Seen Slim was in Cabazon for many years, but before that was a very popular statue at Knott's Berry Farm.
