Mark Ostler is a writer of zines and comics, film scripts and music. Currently, he’s publishing a collaborative comic book titled, “Ivar The Boxer”. Previous written works include, “Waltzing Carpet Juliette,” a 4-issue mini-series about addiction and consumer society; also a personal zine titled, “Your Anger Is Your Gift: A Zine About Chronic Pain”.

Publishing don’t pay the bills, so Mark works as a bookkeeper. To capture the wacky world of accounting, Mark crafted a goofy activity book, full of insider finance humor ironically titled, “Adventures In Accounting”.

Mark is the lead singer of Seattle based punk band, WARNING: DANGER! Formed in 2007, “Our band is here to warn you of the dangers of danger!”

Film credits include, co-writer of, “Vampire Hunter Hank” a horror comedy about a modern day vampire hunter. Mark is credited with a small pile of bit rolls in wacky indie films like, Razing The Bar, Girl Trouble, Spaceholes and other movies you’ve never seen.
